There are non-mls teams in this league so FA could apply. Seems like Ironbound joined NEAL this past year to help bolster their application to MLSN so they should look here -
It’s 80% MLS Next 2nd teams. There are 27 MLS Next clubs between the New England, North East and Mid Atlantic division. They’re are 6 non MLS Clubs. Only Oakwood and Rochester are missing from the MLS Northeast or Mid Atlantic division. Not sure why Non MLS clubs would want to apply to play the 2nd tier teams.Originally posted by Guest View Post

ECNL Regional League (ecrl) announces major expansion. Again, no FA, but plenty of tri-state clubs added. At this point is in incompetence from managment or something else? There will be very teams left in usys at this rate.
