    Is that Monmouth 2nd team?

If carding wasn’t legitimate, the winning team would be disqualified.

Everything was legitimate. Not sure what the questions are? Lots of teams have secondary carded players. It’s pretty common.

It’s just a Lacey Soccer team that is calling themselves Cedar Stars and wearing CSA gear while pretending to be part of the actual Academy. There is no real relationship between Cedar Stars and Lacey. Monmouth 2nd team is a completely separate team based out of Tinton Falls.

CSA is ok with that? How do you get away with that..there has to be some sort of a partnership. Let’s just say that Lacey team used CSA 2011 players like someone else mentioned. If that fires back and there was a problem. Would CSA club get in trouble?

Lacey Cedar Stars team is a joke they say they are Cedar Stars. They have nothing to do with CSA they have a dad coach they pratice in Lacey and they are carded thru Lacey. All they do is wear CSA clothes. But yes they did have the best player from CSA Monmouth 2011 team playing with them in this tournament. He is secondary carded with them to play in MOSA games (can secondary carded players play in the Mosa Cup?) Also they had player from the Lacey 2010 team play in the tournament club pass (can club pass players play in mosa cup?).

CSA could not get in trouble when all the rules have been followed. All players were either primary or are secondary carded for Lacey as previously mentioned several times. Why would there be a problem with a team using the players that are carded for their team in a match? Lots of players are primary carded for one team and secondary carded on a 2nd team that plays in a different league be it a local town team or with friends. EDP and MOSA or EDP and South Jersey Soccer league. EDP and Mid NJ Youth Soccer league. EDP and Northern Counties. EDP and Morris County Youth Soccer league. Acela and EDP or and any number of these other leagues. North East Academy League and Acela or any number of these other leagues. It is pretty common.

All that being said about rules being followed, is it the right thing to do? Probably not. Kids are playing at their correct and appropriate level and don’t get to win a tournament championship or league because another team plays below their appropriate level or brings in stronger players just to win trophies. It’s a bad look for all involved.

FA is working in silence and they have been doing their thing

Edp and ncsa - does that even count as secondary carded with them being different authorities? I've heard rumblings of crackdowns on EDP playing down but I'm not sure how they enforce that between
                          1) usys versus us club soccer
                          2) no authoritative source on flight quality across leagues.
                          3) are you really going to punish the legit situation of a kid getting no playing time on an edp team for finding a situation where he can get playing time - you'd have to go the way of baseball and pitcher pitch counts for something like that

I see the Red Bulls beat FA 4-1, that puts that debate to bed for now.
