Are we officially done with spring season EDP league? Some of the teams either didn’t play all games or didn’t report the score, can someone list the final standings if they are aware of the scores that were not reported?

Interesting, if I understand this right, 2,3,4 will either be union s/RB NY/FA doesnt matter the outcome of remaining games

Great point. Can’t speak for FA parents if that’s the case but I do agree that having a committed player. coming to every practice, every game, and on the bench as a sub when new players or players that missed practices are playing the whole game and starting is disheartening. For parent and kid. That coach just cares about winning and it’s unfortunate.

in my case I will not go back to any of these clubs until my son is 13/14 yrs old...meanwhile I see there are plenty off oppurtunities for my son to develop and continue to use that avenue...

Finally I pity those parents who argue on this board and go to any extent to prove that their club/team is top...get out of that delusion.. look around and you will find talented players everywhere...

I think it looks more even than most people expected. There's clearly a 1 and a 10. But 2-9 is extremely close, playing some tight draws or 1 goal games.

I heard they had very high numbers at tryouts and some were kids who were released from Red Bull. Heard many new offers. The team has nowhere to go but up. PDA used to be a premier program on the boys side. Its a shame they have abandoned/neglected the younger age boys teams.

No current 2014 team.

No current 2013 team.

No current 2012 team.

2011 team finished in LAST place of 9 teams during the Spring with 0 wins, 1 Draw and 8 losses.

2010 team finished in 6th place of 9 teams. 3 wins and 4 losses and only 6 goals scored.

2009 team finished in LAST place. 13th out of 13 teams in the MLS Next league. 2 wins, 4 draws and 16 losses. 19 GF in 22 games, 65 GA.

I know we spend a lot of time debating- but maybe we can a come together and root for FA Black to show the rest of the nation what's up here in NJ. 4-1 victory to start it off- another game later this afternoon.

Thanks! Couple quick comments
1) Don't know if Union goalie always plays like that, but high off the line to grab the ball probably prevented 1 or 2 high chance opportunities against Bloomfield's speed.

2) How many coaches/trainers can a team have on the side? I thought it was 3, but maybe it's 4 - saw 4 for Bloomfield.

3) Late second half looked like offsides, but couldn't see whole field.

4) Refs put up with a lot of crap. TBH throw a yellow every now and then and some of that may stop.

good observations.. not sure if it is their head coach, he wasted too much time by interrupting, arguing with ref and/or coming onto the field and coaching his team while ref stopped the game if player was down... didn't really understand the coach's tactics, you would think coach would expect his team to play quick and makes goals.. especially if the team is behind..

my son played at Bloomfield’s field this year. No complaints. Very good size and nice turf, football lines are weird but every turf field has too many lines. Definitely not 7v7 size. Better quality field than CSA Bergen, Liverpool, Union, PDA, Morris Elite. On par with the FA Pingry field. Not as good as STA or Red Bull.
