If you have ever read this thread you would know that NO team gets any respect except maybe CSA who spent 2 years at the top in order to get some amount of praise. Some people kiss the RB ring and at the same time bash them for how they grind up players. Even FA is getting bashed now for “not being the same” and they just won the state cup.

Bloomfield has a long way to get respect and trying to manufacture it by pointing out useless stats is just sorry. Your like the guy on the corner twirling a Bloomfield soccer club sing, trying to get people to notice.

Keep in mind the stat you indicated is also bluster by the fact that Bloomfield played more games than most teams. How about they enter a competitive tournament or an indoor tournament over the winter.

I’ll give you a little credit in that you had a nice fall and maybe surprised a few people (maybe crept up). Certainly in the NJ youth soccer environment you could just be a blip on the 2021 screen. Let’s see if the players are there next season or the success continues.
Bloomfield has had the same players since they started except for this year when they had to get more to play.

Both teams played a good Soccer game. There was no spanking. Union Dad.

It seems like some parents were smart enough to get their kids develop somewhere else. The boys are talented and deserve more.

                    Congrats to CSA.

                    Anybody know the Liverpool/RBNY result?

FA tried kicking today, but that didn’t work out too well for them. It’s coming we told ya. 10 offsides a game.

that might be giving too much credit to red bulls. Union played well, Red Bulls had their worst performance of the season, worse than the Liverpool game. Hopefully they'll learn something, like how to stay onsides. But really, red bulls couldn't tackle, shoot, and literally passed the ball to the other team to set up 3? 4? of the goals.

That being said, does Union have linesmen every home game to facilitate the offsides trap? If so, bravo for helping to teach the rest of the league how to deal with the tactic. By far the most dedicated off sides trap team around. Like Liverpool's bunker, and CSAs and Bloomfield's kickball, it's a strategy that forces opponents to figure things out and is great for training.

Can only hope that these Red Bulls will play better against the Philadelphia Union tomorrow than they did against Union.

For the spring they should take the top 6 teams from the Premier 1 Blue flight and add the top 5 teams from the Premier 1 Red Flight and have a true single top flight. There is a big drop off after the top half of each of the current 2 top flights.

CSA Bergen 1, FA Black, Bloomfield, Union, Liverpool, Red Bull NY from Blue.
Red Bull South, FA Silver, SJEB, Match Fit, CSA Bergen 2. From Red Flight.

10 games for each team and a true top flight.

                                2nd flight would be
Red Bull North, PDA, STA pre-ECNL, AS Junior, Morris Elite, NY Alleycats, PSA Princeton, Europa Lions and either 2/3 of Ironbound, CSA Monmouth, Dutchmen, STA pre-ECRL
