I was a expectador for the game today vs AS JR and the team looks very sharp! so far they are not talk a big game they are showing it. Against redbull it was 4-3 Bloomfield lost but they missed alot of chances!! Yet again showing their talent. For a small town team I believe there more than a "paper tiegr"
Why would you spectate a youth soccer game of 9 and 10 year old kids if your own son wasn’t playing? Could this just be a Bloomfield dad or Coach post above?

Passed the ball better? Really? Find the video and show me passes. The goals were either from free kicks or deflections off AS defenders. The coaches son kicks from far and the striker runs to score. Is that what you call good passes??

There defender has a big leg and just kicks as far as he can. I even seen there defenders stand on the goal line (as a wall). When the other team is on offense. I read on this forum all the time about the right way to play soccer they 100% play the wrong way. But it works right now there goal must only be to win games not teach soccer. I think if and team plays them a second time the outcome will be much different then the first time. I think they catch most teams off guard by there crazy style of play.
Thank you if I could buy you a drink I would!

That's a cop out - $50-$75 per family for 1 decent decent tournament

That's exactly what I saw against the Redbulls North. There is another kid in the midfield that has decent understanding, but , that's it. Kick and run and crappie coaching, they where extremely disrespectful, the coaches I mean.

Actually, there were 2 free kick goals, two through balls for goals that were really nice and one off a corner - also really nice.

There are many reasons to watch a game:
                1. There is much said on this thread, so to see what is true and what is not.
                2. Just to see a good game.
                3. Because your son might be wanting a move when the season ends.

doesn’t mean it was pretty soccer. I’d rather lose and play correctly.

No skin in the game but I do have a question. If ASJE plays the game the "right way" why are they struggling so much? I looked them up and it seems like they are getting killed by everyone. What is holding them back?

                      Hello everyone,

Would someone please provide me with the contact for the Redbulls north coach. I have a Simon barrow but I just want to make sure I contact the right person. Thank you.

The team is practically playing a year up. Are they struggling or are they advanced?

When CSA played ASJ they had max 2 or 3 max 2011s out of 9 kids on field. Not sure what the big deal is that they are developing their 2012s to compete at a high level. Just wondering why they chose to not focus on a full 2011 team is the bigger question??

Maybe all this ASJ Elite talk on this forum will help attract more 2011s to their team if their are boys out there wanting to compete at a high level in the top flight. Go check out the Junior Elites they have roster room for 2011s. Plus they are trained the right way to play.

There are teams that you hate to love and then there are teams that you love to hate.

Union is that team that everyone loves to hate, while ASJE is the team we seem to hate to love!

FA is another hate to love program.
