The Philadelphia Union had scrimmages against all 3 2011 RBNY teams 2 weeks ago and they went 1, 1, 1. Granted these were scrimmages so who knows what would happen in a real game. And for the record, most of the NYRB players on the 2011 teams last year were 2012’s as most 2011 played up with the exception of 8 split b/w the two teams. IMO last years results are no indication on how this years results will go. This year they are playing age appropriate with the exception on one 2012 on a 2011 team. These kids regardless of their team are only 9 and 10 years old. They will lose some games they should win, and win some games they should lose. In the end, I believe we all just want the kids to get better and love playing the game. Rankings the teams is fun, but some seem to take it way too seriously.
My Ranking of the RBNY teams are as follows:
South
NY
North
