not sure about Dutchmen vs Red Bank, but one could draw that conclusion as Dutchmen look to build in the highly competitive north Monmouth area. let's hope EDP mandates that schedules be completeted this season. there were far to many games that were not made up or played last Fall and Spring. some teams have a history of hiding or cancelling and no re-playing games vs teams that will hurt them in the "standings"Comment

Yup we are Union! Local travel town team, coached by a parent dad! Team practices 4-5 times a week (when you follow your Passion) team plays all year around, likes to win, likes to grow and works on their development. We are also ranked #1 in the state- I know a lot of people won’t like it, it’s all good! Hard work pays off.. we just want to play soccer to have fun and the boys can have a great time! We are just like all the other parents, like your self. People say Union plays aggressive (who doesn’t it’s a part of sports) people say we don’t like to lose (like a lot of other people- who likes to lose?) We all can just enjoy our ride with the boys and make the best out of it.Comment

Don't try and fool anyone with your "local town team" we all know half the team isn't from town. The parents might not pay as much as other clubs but when adding up all those tournaments you do its probably the same.Originally posted by Guest View PostComment

Exactly my point bud! Local travel team that has ROCK Stars from all over the state travel to play for Coach. That’s how special the team is! Come have a practice with us and you will understand why! We can’t promise we will take your kid/ but we can promise he will become a better player!Comment

You can have a "Local Travel team", or you can have players from all over the state. You can't be a local team, if players are from all over. Those contradict each other, Bubba. Arguing about Union’s #1 ranking is pointless. They are the James Buster Douglas of NJ youth soccer and their top rank will last just as long. Can we get back to some more informative discussions or some preliminary JFF rankings?
