Your reaction shows I clearly touched a nerve and on some level, you know its pathetic to create top 20 rankings for 9 year old boys teams. Don't give me excuse on scores -- at this age, good leagues don't even show socres or standings. EVen the DA, excuse me MLSNEXt site hides results for u13. so yeah - creating lists and tracking scores for 4th graders is LAME

What is everyone’s feeling about STA 2011 team? They have done well in the edp tournaments but struggled a bit in the edp league.

If you class doing well in the second Bracket with a mix of 2012/11 teams good then they did well. Struggling in the league because they are playing against the best 2011 teams around. This team will rely heavily on recruitment again for next season in order to compete instead of developing what they have because what they have clearly isn’t good enough. Same with PDA they will Look to recruit aswell. Only Cedar Stars, Union and FA are 3 teams that have the same squads as last year give or take a player and continue to be way ahead. Red Bull’s will of course catch up as they look to recruit and ruin every other local town or club team around to gain money to fund the upper MLS academy teams.

17000 views just underscores how many pathetic parents there are. And to the other respondent, I far from "participation trophies" - again, kids all playing mlsnext (former DA) -- its just u9 is way too early for this nonsense and its not even developmentally good for them. You as parents are going to crush their natural passion and are all oblivious to how few of the u9s will be at high level 5-8 years from now. There is a reason mlsnext and european academies don't report standings or scores before u14. Any loser coach can have team do high press and stick one developmentally advanced kid in front to stick it in -- teams that play good tactical soccer will develop kids better. These rankings are sad
