You weren’t watching then..did you see how FA group was setup? Vs. Lrmas or Union’s group. Not including that Union and Lrmas played each other. To Qualify for the group. That was top quality of soccer at Youth Level. Tons of Earned Respect to SJEB! Made FA sweat and work for a tie.

I am talking about Union failing to compete with FA and Lower Merion because they aren't good enough. Their ranking means nothing, just an optic for the coach to feel good about himself. There is no way he will sign up the team for another tournament where Lower Merion and FA will be competing. Watch them travel 3 hours away to compete with 2010 rec teams again. He has to do what he needs to do keep the dillusioanl Union dads happy and proud that their kids are winning medals regardless of the level they play at. By next spring they will lose whatever remaining good talent remains and then all the talk about the team will fade away.

Was it the South or their white team (2nd team)

1) South team and it was 4 players.
2) Probably giving the central team guest players too much credit. The results appear to not be complete blowouts so while I'm sure the players had an impact they didn't blow out teams by double digits, but didn't see the games to gauge how competitive they were.
3) Giving the Liverpool program the benefit of doubt, the parents likely pushed to participate in the tournament. It is the same group of players who still participate in MOSA for town team so there is a history of that group playing against weaker competition for hardware.
4) Who cares, likely not the only team that brought in guest players to boost results.

FA looked Garbage this weekend, lower Merion did their thing and played to their strength (speed of their 2 strikers) Union also played to their strength (ball movement and team work) what did FA do? I guarantee it, if Low Merion and Union did play each other right before. One of them would have won it all. That was the group of Death, Low Merion, Union, Futbol tech and Real Jersey. Wake up people!

No!! But you ask what kind of level of competition? You don’t want supposed to be Heavy weights (highly disputable) go to fight a featherweight. Flights are made for a reason, group the same kind of talent to vs. This is Shameful!! Any club that does this! Coaches are greedy and Those parents are even worse.

Yes agreed giving Liverpool central too much credit. It was 4 kids playing in the bottom flight. All good! No blow outs! What does that even say? That’s even worse, imagine if they played in the top flight! It would have gotten ugly boy.

What’s Shameful is how some low frequency middle aged slob spends his time thinking about and posting things like this about what bracket 4 nine and ten year old kids play in during a “kickoff” tournament coming off a summer break. The season starts soon enough, and we’ll see what’s disputable.

Who cares?? Let the kids play and parents watch. You all are constantly complaining and taking playing soccer for granted. Watch them shut everything down again. Then at that point all of you will be miserable at home.
