Worrying about what everyone and what every other club is doing instead of minding your own business. Sports parents are horrible for the most part. Is it really a surprise? So many would rather sweet talk, bribe or beg their kid into teams and positions rather than just letting the kids work for it. Does it shock you that the same people are actually complete jellyfish spines when it comes to this reopening? It’s the same moms who clutch their pearls at the sight of every practice player who then also want the clubs to stay closed. That’s because they don’t care about the sports. They care about being able to make social media posts.Comment

What triggered this thread, is another one about someone traveling to NJ from MD to play 3v3 tournament with 11 year old girls. My other three players were from Maryland. If we were going to play two brackets, my New York player was going to bring a friend. If you could actually read, I was just trying to get more teams to enter.

And let me add to my previous post. I just realized something. Seems you think you know a lot about the situation but are uninformed. This makes me think you had a 2009 team in the same bracket. Are you one of the parents who told the coordinator you would refuse to play us if we came? That is why we were not allowed to play, the travel advisory was the scapegoat.
