Every club sucks and is failing, your child is terrible, everything you say is wrong

Why? I stumbled on this site because I was actually interested in soccer with 2 Daughters in travel. I’d say 75+% (probably underestimating) of stuff written on here is negative or extreme sarcasms. Sometimes even hateful. Everyone telling someone else every soccer decision they could possibly make is wrong. Talking poorly of every club and every league. Can’t people focus on the experience they had and state if they felt a positive or negative without being told they are wrong.

Can’t people really be looking for insight? But instead you have to sift through so much BS that a person could never trust anything on here.

There are lots of leagues, clubs, teams, coaches and all serve a different purpose. We have good experiences with some and very poor with others. I only feel like I could speak related to our experience and keep my opinions out of other peoples experiences, instead of telling them they are wrong.

People come on here to bitch, that's true, but there are a bunch of good people on here that give good advice. There are also people who come on here to defend their own decisions and situations to the detriment of others. Unfortunately, a lot of that talk devolves into arguments because it is usually about specific coaches, leagues, clubs, etc. and people get heated about opinions. I think there is a lot more good on here than bad, but you need to read through to get to it. At least there is information on here that you may not hear other places.

I would love to know if there is a real forum where there was more actual info, less of the bs. Is anyone aware of any? Without all the politics and name calling. Has nothing to do with hurting my feelings, its just a giant waste of time

You're right. Why can't we have more positivity? Bring each other up? Have compassion and empathy? Look at the other states in these message boards. Can't even compare to the toxicity that we have here. Sad state my friend but as good people, we need to spread kindness and do good to slowly phase out these people. Exactly, some people actually like to help instead of discouraging another parents little D to challenge their kids spot.
