Heard that coach got screwed over by Cedar Stars, is that true? Wasn't the whole team supposed to move to Tinton Falls to be the GDA team at one time?

Does the Clarkstown guy give coaching clinics? Maybe some NJ coaches should attend. I don’t remember him yelling that much from the sidelines.

A very good coach and a very good team. I think the club typically lost players after U13/U14 to ECNL/GA clubs as the players needed better showcase opportunities. That's why they never got to become an ECNL/GA (now GAL) club. If they keep the players, it will be a very good team again. The 2006 team was consistently one of the top 4/5 around here.

From what I was told by a parent still on the team they lost half the starters to Dynamite and PDA Strikers. One of the 06s went to Dynamite and the other is on PDA.

Funny the rumor that was also going around was that they were shopping the team to Red Bulls to become a GDA team but that fell through and now GDA is dead. I am surprised they didnt try to get the club added to GA. They took Ukrainians, Clarkstown should have been a slam dunk.

From what I recall they had numerous great players. This team will be a top-ranked team again this year. Well coached.

I don't know about 3 but the best player did leave for STA. The rest of the team is very solid may not be as dominant as in the past but still a top team at 07 competitive at 06.

No is was actually the other way around they lose players because they can't get into ECNL or DA. WC blocks them from ECNL and they could not meet the requirements for DA.

Well I heard DS is being sued by his coaching staff, or should I say his former coaching staff. Check out their website, and you will see their former director of coaching is no longer listed. Players have left the club and now the 07's do not have a team to play on in the fall. Huge mess there
