They unfortunately have not “done the right thing” for a very long time. Why do you think that will change now? Look at the communication with their customers it’s virtually nonexistent. When was the last Zoom call 2+ months ago??

Very small minded viewpoint of all of this.
Ironboud tournament in Newark refunded 90%.

You know you are staying next year, then go for the credit. Leaving for a different club, you should be getting a refund. It's understandably more complicated than that, but that's what should have been offered all the way around. Jeff Cup and other tournaments not offering refunds is just stealing. They know many teams won't be able to make the new dates or simply choose not to for various reasons.
I wonder if CSA took money for from the federal PPP program?! They say they used the money the families paid for tuition to pay their coaches but is that even true? If they took PPP they are double dipping.

Their coaches were collecting unemployment and probably still are. Talk about a win-win-win. Club collects from govt, coaches collect from govt (and prob more than normal pay) and the club also gets to keep all of the players and families money that was already paid in full.
