Monmouth has been a mess since the beginning and year after year say we are going to try to do better. Before the Fall, tab himself got in front of the parents and apologized for the past and trust the process and they will do better only to be just as bad or worse last fall. Will take a miracle for that club to ever get things right, if they haven’t lost majority of players already

I have been around this stuff for a decade and can count on one hand how many are good soccer coaches AND are good at communication, organization and Admin. It's like they are all good at one or the other.
what are you expecting to be turned around when the teams you are talking about left with him? He and his teams are gone. You kid just got promoted to a higher level team.

RT hardly created a toxic environment - he had 3 teams at CSA and all 3 have decided to follow him. No one leaves if he was that bad. His contract was being renewed, but they couldn't compete with a promotion and title MF were offering. MF chased him for a month and he waited to see if CSA could get close to the offer. They didn't so he left a week and a half ago. Happens all the time in this sport. How many coaches have been at CSA, PSA, MF, or where ever for more than 2 or 3 years? there's very little loyalty anywhere.

Overall, the monies clubs have, are already spent, and even though services have not been rendered, clubs are themselves not receiving money back from vendors.
In essence, don't be surprised that they will have nothing to give you.

You make it seem like edp league fees are the bulk of clubs expenses
It’s paying the coaches which they laid like 90 percent of coaches off so not paying them
Should be money to refund or owner could reach into deep pockets
And if it is a credit they will have free edp for fall

I think the actual (and sleazier) part of the story is only compensating people if they reup for another year. What does next year have to do with the Spring?

Very small minded viewpoint of all of this.
