My daughter's ECNL team has a large roster, and it is not a problem. The coach is upfront about what he expects and that it is up to the girls to perform and be ready when their number is called. You are paying for the coaching.

So will any other jersey teams get ECNL or are all the clubs blocked by one quality program (pda ) and one dumpster fire ( Match fit ) who wouldn’t want competition and for people to have options in the area .

If they must have more teams locally they will grab teams like PF, SJEB and DEFC just so it doesn't poach from their business model.

Ecnl was around way before gda came along and will be around long after it is gone. Don't think it changes much at all except for the unfortunate age groups that got caught in the recent #$%@ storm.

They have. Magically theyre all west coast clubs where ECNL was the clear #2 league. YOu didnt think Stars/WC and PDA would let anyone encroach their areas, did you?

You have 2 clubs in NJ already and 1 NY Club that literally sits on the Border of Bergen County. Why add more? NJ is not that big

Agreed. They put pda-south in SJ in attempt to dilute talent there so could argue no club with enough good teams in sj. It’s all about protecting their ecnl turf. No way SJEB gets in
