ECNL has agreed to absorbing most but not all DA teams
ECNL has agreed to try to limit travel where possible
ECNL has agreed to upgrading their minimum standards for clubs
ECNL has agreed to no more than 18 active players per roster with a cap of 24 for a season.

USS has agreed to recognize ecnl has the top youth league (mls and usl academies are a seperate entity)
USS has agreed to move to graduation year age groups
USS has agreed to keep the same scouting network used for DA but apply it to ECNL
USS will support coaching education and referee training

USYS and US Club have agreed to hold a single state cup.
State cups end there. No more regionals. Open to ecnl.

US Soccer National Championships (U15,U16,U17 only)
1 US Club Team
1 USYS NL Team
4 ECNL Teams.

Disagree. PDA got exposed at ICC. Great group of girls but teams will catch up. Especially if national team talent from DA goes to other ECNL teams we will play next playoff season. No one is safe on blue. As it should be! After all is said and done we are over a year away from next run at title.

Zero history and coaches maybe but Matchfit is by far the worst club out of the major 5.

Quite possible that the vast majority of the STA DA team goes back to where they arrived from and continue their growth and development under the tutelage of SC.

Not sure about all, but a vast majority, yes. Make the league play more regionalized, with cross-over games as necessary.

But, ECNL has no incentive to do that. They've positioned themselves well and have marketed a product that the masses believe in full. No other reason to believe one needs to drive 4 hours for a season game unless it's through marketing. If ECNL made it more regionalized, their entire marketing schtick is gone.
