Gotsoccer (gotsport) Player Ratings

In Gotsoccer (Gotsports) some players have a rating and some not.
Does anyone know the meaning of those ratings and where they come from?

I would imagine from the college recruiting profile do you have an example?

I see some kids with a rating of 2014s and some with 2014f. No clue of the meaning. They are U15.

Where are you seeing player ratings?
I logged in to my son's profile, but where do I see other players and their ratings?

I have access to a team account. When I click on a player I see all the info, including rating. But I have no clue how the ratings got there or what they mean.

I would imagine it would have to do with the add-on for scouting. You could just submit a question to them for an answer though.
