That used to be an accurate motto but not anymore, bloated rosters and recruiting over players that have been with the club and loyal for a long time. Just look at the 06 team for one. Also making deals to bring entire teams in from other clubs. Unfortunately this club has become a business as well no longer a boutique quality over quantity club. Im guess poster is referencing the 07 girls as they brought a good number of girls from the 07 Medford team that had given SJEB and NJ Rush crap during the youth years in SJGSL. All teams will add new talent when available. Some players hit a wall at certain ages and don't progress. Some players are late bloomers and might seem to "suck" then they hit puberty along with training more and ... boom ... They are better than you're little Mia. What would you like them to do? Keep just the girls until they hit 16-18 players and only add when someone quits? Can you imagine how bad a team could be doing that? I know teams a decade back that could do that but they were pretty stacked with talent from the start with good training. The 06 team is a very solid team - they absolutely destroyed the 2006 FC Bucks ECNL team this weekend 3-0 if your kid is an 06 you would be wise to check it out. Extremely well coached and disciplined. They are the Real Deal!Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

Heard there are two kids leaving 2006 Real NJ for bucks ECNL - it’s all over the 2006 FC Bucks thread - so there should be spots open on the 06 Real NJ, definitely check it out. Great team.Comment
