He’s very passionate about the game and we need more passionate coaches vs jokester coaches. His teams are fully rostered, just waiting for the start. Small rosters = more playing time, better players

Try being intelligent
The players aren’t embarrassed. Again you have to be on his team to understand him. Players respect him more then the be my friend coach.
