or maybe the truth just hurts. like i said. go back to the constructive bashing of MF. That really helps.

hate on my college analysis all you want. its based on 2 kids playing and one on the way. Frankly i dont care if you care or not. Its my opinion base on a pretty long involvement. You can continue to bash MT. Thats going to get your kids a long way
So if clubs are bad and college is bad, but you have 2 kids already playing and now a 3rd on the way to play college what was your club team and more importantly who was your kids personal trainer. That would be useful to the board rather than you saying all clubs are the same (they aren't) and that college ball is awful.

Its great you want to offer a general commentary about youth soccer but do it in a thread on that topic. To associate MF with other clubs that are in no way similar is simply false.

Also no one cares about you college soccer analysis.
in all this time today, i have yet to see one FACT that tells me im wrong. in PDA defence ive seen Tobin Heath and HAO. like that is recent. Ive been told about future commits. Ive seen nothing here that says oh wait, PDA or WCFC or Stars is doing way better at developing top level players for College. Nothing. It all devolves into insults from the peanut gallery and facts become pontificating. No wonder Clubs are so succesful

Ha ha. I'm calling BS on this post. Just finished reading like 5 pages of this nonsense and this dude is definitely a MFA parent. He's the guy who needs his decision to have his kid(s) play at MFA to be the right decision. Only lying to yourself bud. I love the people who pretend to "wander" across threads of teams they have no affiliation with and spend 5 hours posting about it.

Is it bashing to compare local clubs, not really. Only seems like its bashing to you. I haven't even seen anyone bring up the MFA Tax Returns lately.

I said they are all the same and poor at developing players. Some are great at marketing and winning club titles. Most are good at making money. I also said most of college is bad soccer. Most kids are going for the education so its not the end of the world.

I just call it as I see it. lets not pretend that there is some wonderful soccer training out there that is making good players great and great ones exceptional.

Why dont you tell me all the school out there playing great soccer. The ones leveraging all this great training from the likes of PDA into beautiful goals. exactly. the emperor has no clothes

I think like 3 hours ago someone posted the numbers of D1 recruits from MFA and PDA for class of 2020. You keep changing the criteria on which to view success. For those 30 something kids in PDA I believe they view committing to D1 a success as I am sure the 8 MFA kids view it as a success. So when kids commit to D1 schools you show up and redefine success by calling out the Big 10. So sad dude. Like I said, where do your uber talented kids play?

Isn’t there a college coach who had 2 kids play at MF and has one more playing now? MF props up the college team on its social.

That's a broader argument which is not MF Reviews. Start a new thread if you want to discuss development deficiencies in the US. But it looks like you want to discuss all clubs with a broad brush which is lazy. All your posts can be summed up as "All clubs are bad, and soccer is bad".

I have just presented a case that says they are no worse than anyone else. They have had some excellent players and won titles. They also have several average ones like everyone else. The bashing of DB et al seems personal and based on a few disgruntled people.

I find it amusing seeing the replies because very few actually respond with facts. Just more insults and speculation.

If DB is dishonest, leave. If they are not helping your kid, leave. If your kid is unhappy, leave. That advice goes for any Club.

No idea. I've only noticed the same kid from the 2011 team popping up on social media a lot now. Not sure they are propping any school up. If you know you might as well say.

So no MF association but you know DB. Know they have won titles? What titles? Had some excellent players?

A very knowledgeable soccer transient you are. I'm glad I checked in on this comedy show.

and i responded. Lets see how those kids actually do in College. Im not redefining anything. Im waiting to see how they perform. i time, im quite willing to say i was wrong. By the way, if MFA 8 d well and PDA 30 also, whats the problem ? More is not better is it. unless the Clubs are the same size. Reading this thread, we should expect PDA kids to win National titles and MF kids to ride the bench for 4 years right ?

You've only presented an opinion not a case. And if you never had a kid at MFA then it is an ill informed opinion at that.
