Both clubs lacking on the girls side.

Lacking is an understatement! More like highway robbery if you play for these clubs as the return for $$ on development, communication and overall value is lacking esp on girls side for both.

What's the obsession with this club? Do we realize their $4K fees are insane? They train on a 6th of a field. Their coaches aren't qualified.
But parents see players going to college and buy in even though they're not being developed. Don't get me wrong. They aren't the only ones. Most of these "academies" are lying and us as parents should take a stand. Do your homework. Find the right coach. Don't believe lies. See how the coach treats their players. See how they conduct sessions. See how they carry themselves. Then choose the right coach/team/club. Don't get gypped!!!

I don’t understand the pre-ecnl thing. Girls who couldn’t make the A team at our club are going to MF for these teams. First why is this even a thing for 10 year olds who have had no development and also how are you ready to play on a national level when you haven’t even proven yourself in EDP?

there is no genius coach that can fix the situation at match fit as the problems are fundamental:
- 2 practices a week compared to 3 practices for other clubs
- bloated squads with scrimmage based practices
- disengaged coaches who earn a fixed fee per season
- high turnover and lack of any loyalty among players AND coaches other than the 2 yoyos.
