they are having trouble fielding a team this year. The struggle is real. Players playing with Morris. Families are pissed. And don’t show up.

They have a 24 person roster .. so if they are having trouble getting enough girls, that’s just embarrassing.

Has always been the case but now more than ever. You have a toxic parent that poisoned the team and made it worse. Add in poor coaching, a director that could care less about this team and most of their best talent left, why would anyone who has a clue want to bring their child to this team.

Our team is a sad situation. Our best players don’t play with us majority of the time. We are borrowing 2013 B team players. And from what I heard, the turn over each year is high. Kind of regretting joining this team. I should have listened to the complaints about this team !!

The best players are playing with MFA Morris team
now so they can not play with us if the games are the same days. We also have Essex girls helping out along with the 2013 B teams girls.

2013 B team players? Why can’t you get A team players to guest play? That just doesn’t make any sense to use B instead of A.

we use B instead of A because the 2013 A team is also playing in ECRL North Atlantic and pre-ECNL so they too can not play in more than one game per day.

I guess the 2012 are officially Morris players even though they still practice at the shore.

How is this team expected to get better if their roster looks different every game from borrowing players and Morris girls sometimes playing and sometimes not. Doesn’t seem like a good team to grow with…

There are 25 players on the roster…2 are now Morris players and 4 are 2023 B team players. That leaves 19 kids. Why is there a struggle fielding players and borrowing from a younger team when you have 19 players?????? Did some of those players leave mid season???

It’s the match fit way.

2013 shore team has over 18. And their 2013 B team has 20 kids.

MFA Mercer also carries large rosters but I believe they play in multiple leagues. Shore doesn’t.
