The so called leaders at MFA refuse to look in the mirror or have anyone above them questioning decisions. It’s a we are smarter than you all mentality. The nonsense they do is beyond reasoning. The only thing that keeps them going is the badge because there is always a flow of parents ready to deal with the nonsense just because of the badge. Bottom line is that there are a ton of kids wearing MFA shirts in different leagues so the bottom line doesn’t get hurt so they will continue managing like morons.

No one is saying it should be all one way except for MFA WHEN THEY Play 95% long ball turnover soccer. How are they absolved from accountability. They are training these kids 4.5 hours a week every week. If you train someone that much throughout the year shouldn’t they get better. so instead of saying it’s the player pool maybe you should practice more one touch small sided soccer instead of rushing everything to outside and up the field and kicking it long for an athlete to run past the defense. THESE ARE YOUR PLAYERS MFA AND YOU SAY WERE NOT GOOD ENOUGH WHEN YOU ARE THE ONES SPENDING THE MOST TIME WITH THESE KIDS.
If these kids spend this much time with all the supplemental places in area i guarantee they would get better. No one says our player pool isn’t good enough to compete when signing up .

Is it honestly that their kids are not getting better or is it that other teams are consolidating talent from many outside teams as time goes on and that by the time you get to 11v11 direct is not as effective.
Some clubs put a lot of energy into results and recruiting at 7v7 and 9v9 and teams just naturally catch up as talent consolidates to GA and ECNL teams in older years. I wouldn’t say that means the team isn’t developing
They still perform well in most ages in one of the toughest brackets in the strongest league in the country.

If you can navigate through all the bantering and trolling, what is obvious is that most of the posts are coming from PDA North, either Blue or White. Sounds like they are begging MFA girls to leave and go there. Question is, is it delusional parents or trainers trying to poach?

Hey sour grapes go open your own soccer club so our kids can all come play for you!!! Until then let MFA, PDA, STA, FA, etc do their best as they deem fitting. Stop knocking what you can’t build or do better. Like every other club in the world, there is ample room for improvement for MFA to become more effective but your issues go beyond normal posture for club improvement. You and your ilks are very bitter like deserted lovers who will go to any extent to destroy their former love.

Good players but no doubt the best players were already at morris as one would expect as people travel from all over to play ECNL . The power of the badge! Not saying I agree with it but it is what it is.

Just go to a club that plays better brand of soccer. Wins and losses don’t matter at these ages. Develop your kid. If they are good enough they will make a top team down the road when wins matter. 10th-11th grade. If not it wasn’t going to happen anyway.
