it’s a business. This isn’t church. If parents can’t see this or send their kids there to play zero minutes it’s on the idiotic parents. Don’t know about the rest of PDA but a few kids on Blue and white play zero minutes many many games. Parents are so beyond dumb to think this will help their kid but many are blind with sweatshirts and names being the important theme for their kid.

There are rules on the ECNL website that specifies when a player can transfer to another ECNL club. But keep in mind that the season has not started for the high school aged teams. A player going to another ECNL team before the season starts is not considered a transfer.

CSA has two goalies. Definitely better than what’s at blue now. Like the players that came over that will play over current players.

Shame of the entire club for not promoting from within. How can there not be one gk on the 5 or 6 PDA B,C whatever teams to satisfy this? Goes to show they only value money not their players. Recruiting from outside is PDAs master of deception. Truly feel sorry to any player that has been wronged by this club for believing they ever had a real shot.

If you still believe PDA other than A is valued, you are a real fool and shame on you as well.
Let’s be clear about your post title. PDA is rated/ranked one of the best clubs in all four regions of ECNL. That’s saying something about their success and reputation for players going on to play in college if that is your daughter’s end game. They provide everything except for your daughter’s talent level. That’s on her and her commitment, competitiveness and mental toughness to succeed in competitive youth soccer. Development and training is there but every player has their own journey and do not develop the same. That’s not on the club, that’s on the players potential. The only embarrassment are uneducated parents who know nothing about soccer or youth sports and think if they pay money then a club should make sure their kid is highly skillful and will have college soccer commitments. It doesn’t work that way. Parents always look for excuses and will blame PDA with hundreds of posts about how bad they are as a club. Maybe your too embarrassed to look in the mirror

Too close to home for you? Sorry if it triggered you. Losers whine, winners learn and vette clubs.

These clubs do an amazing job of indoctrination. Good for this guy. He loves his shirts magnets and anything else they sell him. Kudos

When your kid plays at a high level week in and week out you see the difference in skill and competition level.
And if you are in such a great spot, enjoy it and stop hating on teams that don’t waste a moment thinking about your club.

really? many teams only have 2, and some teams only have 1

You are spot on! Unfortunately many parents are too bitter to understand that they are just as much a part of their kid’s development as the club. They spend too much time gossiping about who should be on what team instead of focusing on what their kid should be doing to get better

Let’s all be fair. PDA has crested and is on a downward slope. For a variety of reasons but facts are facts.
