I see that ECNL NJ has an ECRL flight. Is it normal for ECNL events to also have ECRL teams? Are ECRL teams invite only or can any ECRL team go?

the two best players on 2012 mf shore played with morris first and then their own team after. and it’s prob why they lost. im not sure the rules for these tournaments if they are allowed to play in two games in one day?Comment
