So all these kids forfeited their deposits? If these kids had all these problems with Real why wouldn't they tryout&join a new team back in the Spring when tryouts occurred? Real would have then knew to offer more spots to cover the absences. Having to do an ID clinic a month before the season seems odd.

Odd…. They got to do what they need to do. And they need boys. I heard some of these kids there leaving months ago.

No one forfeited deposits. The players who left the club moved on after the Spring ended. Real did offer Roster spots to all the players they felt were qualified to play on the team. They ended up with a roster of 15.

Real only had 18 last year including 3 Goalkeepers. With a roster of 15 players this year, including 2 goalkeepers, they are only at a difference of 2 field players compared to last year. Not a big deal.

so true…. My son’s club already took our first payment. I wouldn’t leave but some crazy parents may see the opp to play MLSN. Easier way in since they need kids.
