Make up your mind the vast majority of TS posters complain about “pay for play” clubs, you need to pay the Emma Hayes coaches money to coach. Where else are you going to get quality coaches.

We already pay for the sh1tty *** coaches already. I don’t mind paying if they are actually helping the kids learn the game and care about their development.

We have plenty of good coaches in youth soccer. I have watched my kid play teams from over seas. Good reputable clubs. And I watched the concacaf this year. Our youth programs are absolutely preparing these kids. We need more Emma Hayes in pro and college soccer. That is where the biggest gap is right now in USA soccer
