Look at the USWNT under a new coach. Their style of play is so much different and better than former coaches. And it’s only been a few months with her!!!! It just goes to show you just how important coaches are when it comes development, style of play and quality soccer all around which leads to WINS. This is why coaching is so important! Find a coach that cares about developing the team and teaching them how to play quality soccer. PATIENTS! until you have an opening to attack. Because that is what will matter in the long run. The kick and chase style you see from many clubs is embarrassing. Parents are blind to how terrible their team plays because they sometimes win playing that way. But it’s not the right way and will show at 11v11 when you play against teams who play better than you.

The youth girl’s teams are not competitive. Let’s hold judgement until there are fundamental changes across all age groups. Outside of the CONCACAF, the teams have done nothing. Look at Spain, they are dominating the youth games and rising with the women. Hope she invigorates the overall process across the board. Placing bandaids for wins doesn’t improve the game overall.
Patience is needed to prevent the parents from becoming psychiatric patients when their little ones aren’t thriving.Comment
