Can a child play for both a USYS NL team and an EDP team at different clubs? I know you can’t play for 2 different EDP teams/clubs but I’m not sure if USYS NL and EDP would be okay since they still fall under the same umbrella organization.

Answer I got from EDP
Yes, if one team plays in the USYS Conference and the other in EDP League, then that would be permitted. She would need to be primary in the NL conference team and secondary in the EDP League team as secondary players are not permitted in the NL conference.

Why would you do this? Playing for 2 club teams is a recipe for burnout and injury. The next thread will be why are so many acls happening to female athletes. Well….

No need to play for two teams in two different leagues. Between practice 2-3x a week, plus games every weekend, go do some group training if you feel like your child needs more touches on the ball.

I really do not see how this is possible. They are really just EDP 1&2 and EDP 3-whatever. Technically E64 is USYS NL too, so are you saying my kid could play (if it still existed around here) in E64 and EDP for DIFFERENT clubs?
