there are real brackets. Everyone in your division is in the only bracket for your division. You will play them home and away no matter if we know you will win/lose 10-0, that is how these club v club leagues are designed. The "higher ups" decide who are in the league and you play those +/- 10 teams over and over (small changes each year I guess)
