Yes, once the director and all the kids leave for MFA, the program would be indeed considered dead.

they only had a couple of good teams and the good players left (some went to MFA Morris even before MFA Essex was announced). If they are not officially dead, they are practically dead (they are kind of like the position Biden was a week ago).

Wonder if MFA Essex will actually use real birth certificates. Ironbound always seems to have a bunch of players that are “very big for their age”

The former Ironbound Girls DOC made a decision to move away from the club and start MFA Essex and felt the need to try and force the girls out and take all the teams and girls with her as if she owns them.

Ironbound Soccer Club Girls Program has not partnered with or even been sold to MFA Essex and will in fact have teams moving forward. The club board is taking a different approach with the rebirth of the program to be run properly and focus on development and continue to modernize with the growth of girls soccer in the area.

They are not at the forefront of elite girls soccer and it will take time for Ironbound to rebuild, but they know their place, have a plan and will make this experience for their girls as positive and progressive as possible.
