I find this entire thread confusing. Although my daughter isn’t this age group. I know this team and I know it has several good players. With that said, I’ve never seen a player so good that that merited playing with boys at this age. I have a feeling this is false info.

Good job by RB for backing up her teammate here. Love to see this! She may have said some things after the foul, but the other girl was playing dirty all game, and was the one who got in her face. This isn’t even half of it. Go watch the entire game on a PC. You’ll see what I’m talking about.

You can’t fault over privileged kids (mine included) for not knowing how the actual world works. I am happy my kids are sheltered just like this girl is, I work hard to provide that. My kid is quiet so probably never in this situation, but she was shocked that a girl would throw a punch on a soccer field as I have no problem with that. It’s a good lesson for our suburban girls to learn that the there are actual tough girls out there.
