Imagine the hate that parents have for 13-year-old kids and where that he comes from. The jealousy, the self-consciousness, the ignorance….. It’s truly sad. Imagine logging into an anonymous message board the anticipation of slamming a team of kids about their last loss, their last draw, or more embarrassingly… Their last marginal win. Anything less than a 3-0 is not good enough.

Every parent reading this who identifies knows exactly what I’m talking about. While they will never have to face this directly, they will absolutely face it in other ways.

Don’t underestimate how resourceful these 13-year-old kids are these days. They will find this message board and they will internalize everything you write.
