He cares more about his music gigs than giving the attention to this team as it needs, hence canceled practices is a common thing now. The excuses of weather as the cause is getting old just like himself. Its time for a change.

Parents getting mad at the coach because they are realizing their kids are not good so they looking for person to blame. Reality is the U9 superstars are simply just not that good anymore. They peaked at 8. They need to move some of these players and make room for some new blood. Parents will do anything to remain.

I assume things are great as two players reached out to another club in the conference after tryouts to see if they had a spot. I know one PA team told them they had an ECRL spot but couldn't do NL at this time.

I only know of one family that reached out to a 2011 PA team. They were told no, but that had nothing to do with talent it was too late as PF set their rosters. The were informed she would have made it had she come prior to tryouts.
