Badge chases are the losers. This age group is clearly different than the rest of the club. These girls are doing well where they are. They don’t need to leave until high school age if they want ECNL for college purposes. The only equivalent teams that they would potentially go to are pda blue and MFA Morris and they don’t have room for everyone. So why not stay at FA?

Why leave if they are getting better and happy even in hs. Go to big showcases and college IDs. If you’re good enough, you’re good enough. The badge is not the be all end all. Most of the recruitment is done by the parents.
