Our team this Spring did not participate any tournaments, and had 2 games in March, 3 games in Apr, and will have 6 games in May, 0 in June. So total 11 games this Spring. Is this above average or below average?

If its a town travel team, that's about right. Most teams actually don't play even that many league games. I'd say most clubs play around 5 tournaments between spring and fall and 8 league games. If you have a coach that cares, maybe another half dozen friendlies.
My kid's U11 team will play 8 league games and 7 or 8 total tournament games (2 tourneys) this spring (March-June), plus 3 friendlies. -

more isn't better if the kids aren't learning skills outside of games.
Soccer is too physical to compare it to other sports like baseball - where I have seen 50 games in the spring season (complete overuse FWIW).Comment
