I have a hard time seeing this happening unless GA completely falls apart. They have 2 GA badges right now and that's not happening with ECNL. They tick all of the boxes to be accepted far more than most others because of the Capelli/Altirs backing, however there are many that still are invested in making Girls Academy work.

If they were willing to agree to one ECNL badge and an additional ECRL badge, they would get in very easily. They have the exact facilities, coaching pedigree and financial backing that ECNL is looking for and there is basically no overlap with any existing ECNL club.

there isnt a Northeast ECNL. Its New England, of which WC is the southern/western most member and North Atlantic. Northeast is an ECNL-RL league that has teams that span both regions. I dont think PDA would really have grounds to veto CSA. In many ways they may favor it because it would be another death blow to GA. I would think PDA would prefer CSA joining than MF Shore.

Think bigger. 12s and 13s are strong teams in pipeline, 10s are pretty solid 08s are weaker and are rolling off soon

It’s probably JM trying to get ECNL for CsA. Because that’s what he wants. If they don’t get it , he and his teams will leave for ECNL for better competition than Ga.

I don’t know if they would apply and I also don’t know if JDs girls leave him. Maybe some of his newer girls who have joined and live closer to other ecnl options, but if they maintain being the best option for 2013 girls in the state it doesn’t matter if they are GA or ECNL.
