Maybe, but the 07s, 08s, and 10s also probably play in easier divisions than the 09s. 09s have two losses on the year, by one goal each time, to teams ranked in the top 10 nationally.

PF has athletes but nobody who sticks out. Sometimes teams work best without superstars.

All those PF teams had lofty seeds but badly underperformed in the playoffs the last two years. I don't know if PF stops training after the ECNL season ends?

The 08’s were quarter finalists. I wouldn’t call that “badly underperforming.”
