U14+ STA vs PDA ECRL boys

Any feedback on PDA vs STA ECRL teams? I know PDA ECRL teams tend to be pretty low quality because its their C team, so are STA's quality better since its their B team or are they comparable? My boys are not good enough (yet!) to break into MLSnext/ECNL teams but have options to join either of these programs. Currently they are on USYS teams, so not sure if its worth moving. Thanks

STA seems solid. PDA is cut throat.
