I don’t think people are attacking any kids , the clubs are the target it seems . I know that parents are intimidated to thinking they need the clubs or leagues , just let kids have fun and play , the clubs are about numbers and money it’s ok for parents to admit it , I’ve spent a lot and it’s ok but it’s totally not worth , if you know the game and watch club soccer practices there isn’t actually coaching going on , it’s in most cases low level ex players collecting money and figuring out who looks best and hoping new good players sign up to add that’s all

I understand that everyone has different opinions, but constant negativity doesn't contribute constructively to the discussion. Our kids work hard and enjoy playing soccer, and that's what truly matters. Let's focus on encouraging young athletes rather than tearing them down.

It’s amazing to me the arrogance and flat out buffoonery of soccer parents , bc they pay some so called club money to stick their kid on a team they think their good , maybe the great term elite has taken over them . The one word that always catches up to people is reality . Actual great players start getting noticed and contacted by around 15 of not it’s the herd of cattle begging college coaches thru email to please give my kid a shot , all that time and driving and cash to beg like dogs , it’s actually a weird world US youth soccer

You're the one who spouted negativity, I only put up facts. The players listed for Penn State that SJEB has for their alumni page cannot be found on any roster posted by Penn State and do not show up under any Google search playing for any college. Add that to the fact that SJEB is known for adding alumni who left pre-u14 or only played for a year or 2 just shows how low the club will since to boost its own reputation.
If you want negative, look at the clubs history. They have single handedly squashed competition in the area by either merging with or taking coaches from competing programs and what they couldn't would work to bad mouth them.

Then you go on to spout that my kid wasn't good enough for SJEB, her team was beat by SJEB, or SJEB poached players from her team...How misinformed are you? Mine LEFT SJEB for ECNL a few years ago not because she wanted to leave her team (even though a few she did not like) but because of the coach and his constant looking the other way when certain players do things but others get called out on the field for doing the exact same thing. He was/is a tool. Her old team has all of a handful of original players and of those that left did so because of the coach and 3 players which he coddled.

I'd like to share a different perspective. My experience with SJEB has been very positive, particularly with their focus on player development and passion for the game. While every club has its challenges, the coaching and support at SJEB have been exceptional for my daughter. Regarding alumni, the list of SJEB players that went on to have good college careers is a long one. Not going back and forth with you on it. The club has indeed grown through mergers and hiring coaches, which can be seen as a commitment to improving the overall quality of the product they put on the pitch. How is this even a knock, most large businesses hire talent, and have merged or acquired to better compete.
