ECNL is not a customer focused business. But they are somewhat of a monopoly. And club/coach vetting is based on generated $$ not on satisfaction of players

Have you seen the rec players at REAL? Talk about riding the pine, and those kids are starters, lol. No wonder REAL is crashing and burning. Please don't send them our way, SJEB doesn't want REALs trash.

Lol, we played REAL 2009s a couple of weeks ago and beat them 3-1. Not sure what happened to the decent players, seems all they have to field the team are a bunch of rec club players.

that is just not an ECNL issue as a lot of academies and big clubs have the same coach vetting issue. that is unfortunately what youth sports has turned into a money making business

Pretty sad when SJEB is a better option in NJ then REAL. At least the kids at SJEB have talent. REAL seems to take anyone that can spell the word soccer, nevermind play the game.
