I know people will say I’m crazy but who are the best 2016 teams around (or the best coaches). I have twins and they’re not happy with their town program so looking elsewhere. We’re in central Jersey if that helps but happy to drive 45 minutes max to a training session if it’s the right fit.

If they love soccer, are learning something and have friends on the team then there is no reason to move a 8 year old anywhere let alone five 45 mins.

They aren’t happy. I am, it’s 10 minutes from my house and cheap but half the kids don’t want to be there. It’s more for my daughter as she’s with girls that you can tell are just forced to be there. I asked to put her with her twin but they didn’t want to. If I’m moving one, logistically I would like to move both.
I’ve heard of Valencia, Matchfit, FA and STA. From my understanding MF don’t have boys and girls teams, STA probably the furthest away, were south Plainfield if that helps.

Odds are boys/girls won’t practice at the same time so I don’t think they have to be at the same club. I’d recommend NJ Premier, not far from you and they focus on development and playing quality soccer. They tend to lose their best players to ECNL/GA clubs but you have many years before you need to worry about that. They also have access to great indoor facility.
