Have GA and ECNL teams already given offers to their current players? Have they collected money yet? Just wondering how they know who they need to replace or not?

I know my team (top edp) has asked players to let them know as soon as possible if we are leaving (no money yet) as a courtesy (tryouts in a month). Just wondering how top teams do it.

honestly there is a girl on a local GA team that talked to our team a while back because she didn’t like the amount of field time she is getting. Wonder if it is a good time to approach her again.


I know the entire tryout thing is a mess, and I wish someone would fix it (but I doubt anyone can)

Ga team. Not aware of such communications. There maybe some real safe assumptions for top 5-8 players on ga/ ecnl teams, it's unlikely to find that many players to supplant the top 5-8. Tryouts are to open to see if these teams can add that one gem or 3-4 competent players to round out the lower half of team.
