For poor 2010 and 2011 teams that he coached for years, of course, if not who else is to blame?

Then why would management keep him on board ? copa is known for coaches leaving every year

He works for cheap, knows no other club will hire him as a coach, and spends his days on his knees for Roberto and lori

How do parents join this club without researching it?

sadly it probably comes down to a language barrier since a lot of the players parents do not speak English as a first language and are comfortable talking with a coach that speaks Spanish.

You’re assuming it’s the same team. May not be true. As well as the fact players come and go. That changes the team. Can’t blame it all on a coach they had when they were 9.

I’m certain it’s 95% the same team as I remain friends with some parents. Maybe if his sessions didn’t consist of 8 girls behind every cone waiting their turn, they’d be more successful.
but then again no one ever saw Roberto on a field until his girls team started training.
