What is the issue with this club pretty much coaches leaving and new coaches every year

It’s the same at every club. My kids have had multiple coaches at a two different clubs.

They under pay, don’t educate coaches. Would rather hire young and inexperienced but charge parents top dollar. Who’s the Doc? Website shows no boys director for the last 2 years…
and now they’re renaming locations?

So they were sued by Rutgers and had to rename Copa Rutgers to Copa "Central" and they decided to rename Copa Flemington to Copa "West".

This happens at every club. Coaches leave because they simply move or find a better opportunity like any job. Some get let go because they aren’t good enough like any job. And some teams have had the same coach for years. The good thing is if players don’t like Copa they can look for another club. Tryout season is right now.

Copa never fires coaches, they keep **** around as long as it’s cheap. Just look at Yazo!

They don’t have to fire coaches they leave just like a lot of players do Copa way is the wrong way

I find it funny when players want to leave and when they try out for some better town clubs, they are told they can only make the B team

Copa coaches are very underpaid. Coaches have to report to office every day and not be able to work another job during the day to bring in additional money. At every other club, a Full time coach able to work during day. It is ran like a prison. In additional, hate to say this, many of my colleagues don't really care if a player improves or not. Their to just collect a pay check. Club never shares information to parents. Told to lie about topics. Reason why I left

I don’t even check their website LOL. When I said thank you I wasn’t being sarcastic. I know that’s rare on this site.
