OW is a garbage club that used to be good but does have the GA and MLSN patches. Makes little sense to buy a club so far away. STA is not on the CT board radar at all.

ISE was sold to EDP last year. Im sure as part of that, PSA and STA have to enter a minimum number of those ISE tournaments
