Ever have that coach, boss, leader that brings out the best in people? Is the organization growing and creating opportunities for the ones that are growing with them? Is it a healthy competitive place? Does the organization build great teams and individual contributors? Does it consistently get the majority of its players to the next level? The rankings you reference are bought — the tournament promoters charge your team money for them — the more you play, the more points you get. The other things start at the top and trickle down.

Why would he send a team to Disney if he can’t be there to coach them? There are tournaments every weekend across the country that he could schedule.

Because he’s a terrible guy who takes on too many teams and some teams fault to the **** end of the stick with him. ECNL showcase takes priority I guess. But yea… why choose that tournament if you can’t be there????

Of course ECNL takes priority and badge would mostly benefit the kids going to Disney as they are younger.
