I'd imagine the same one that cards GA which isn't US Club or US Soccer.
I would guess that a Mid-Atlantic Conference for DPL would look something like current GA clubs B teams along with disgruntled clubs that move from ECRL Northeast like NSLA, NJ Crush, PSA, LVU Rush, or FC Copa plus maybe NJ Premier, Sporting PA, Coppermine, FC Fredrick, and Wall maybe even non-ECNL clubs from Virginia ECRL.

The interesting thing is that NAL is also "accepting applications" for next year on the girls side. Both exist with a little bit of overlap in New England. Will be interesting to see who joins. I cant see any ECRL teams leaving for DPL unless its a B team and their A team goes to GA.

NAL is more than just the "Northeast", i.e. the placeholder for GA Rising. They also have a New England conference. Maybe they are looking to add there. From what I hear, NAL just did GA Rising a favor and let the teams park there for a year because of legal issues (above my head). The good teams in ECRL-2 will not leave, and DPL wouldnt want the bad ones (they can get their own). Maybe they will try and snag the teams that are "covering" for ECRL-2 teams that couldnt make a team at certain ages. I guess we will see in the spring what teams are playing ECRL-2 under a different name for U15 and above

Copa EDP -> Copa E64 -> Copa ECRL -> Copa DPL in just 3 years?!?!?!? I wonder how you advertise that. It's like seeing a resume where the person had a new job every 10 months and they blame the companies, not themselves
DPL already had a Northeast that has a "New York" sub conference. My guess is they take the 5 NY teams from NAL Northeast, and make a full New York side (only 5 there right now and it looks like 2 are new and didnt play any games in the fall). Then take the other 3 NAL NJ teams, add in some others from the region (maybe NJ14 who is covering for SCP/PDA in ECRL or the sad little E64 teams) and make Mid Atlantic DPL and declare the DPL is GA Rising (in a year or so). Bunch of GA B teams in EDP that would want to join like CSA Monmouth and SJEB South (and tons of other PA/MD/VA teams)

the point was that both NAL and DPL have New England Girls divisions already in addition to ECRL, so possible the same happens in the "Mid Atlantic"
