He is very good. To a large degree he teaches you how to train.
That being said... spending a lot time with the ball is free and reaps enormous dividends.

RC looks to have priced himself out of the individual training market, and I really don’t know many groups that can afford his rates either at this time. The Biden Inflation has made youth soccer even more expensive.Comment

Agreed. We are happy with where we go for speed / agility training. I won’t say where bc people will have something to say. But I know RC trying to poach the players from that facility.
