PDA D Team

PDA D/White RL is playing in the 5th division in Downingtown this weekend.

#1 is mostly ECNL, but have 1 GA and 1 "elite 64" in a 2nd bracket with 2 of the top ECNL teams
#2 is some bottom level ECNL, some ECRL, some GA and some top EDP teams
#3 is some ECRL teams, some top EDP teams, and some mid teams
#4 is a bunch of ECNL-C_teams, a couple good EDP teams, but also some EDP Premier-4 and some 2012's playing up
#5 high/mid/low level EDP Prem-4 and Prem-5 teams, and some teams from some league called "Rock league" (I think it is like MOSA.) and PDA-D.

PDA-D beat up a mid level EDP-5 team, and tied a top team from Rock. They play a low level EDP-4 team tomorrow that tied the team PDA-D tied, but barely beat the same team PDA-D crushed. If PDA wins, they should be playing the top EDP-4 teams in the finals

At what age? Seems like most pda blue and white played top bracket.

Are you trying to compare u-littles to actual RL aged teams? Those assessments are good for u13/u14 and above but prior to that it's just a team name. Players migrate, a lot, during u-little before 7th - 8th grade and don't start to settle in for the long haul until 9th/10th when very few have surprising upside in the limited time they have left before college.

sorry if facts confuse you. Just stating where the teams were. Something was used to put the teams in the groups they were in. The data above is what was used

In top group:
PDA blue did ok/well. They beat a good ECNL and a GA team. The blew out a E64 team. But they tied their own B team in the final
PDA White did well. They beat 3 ECNL teams and tied their A team in the final

in 2nd group:
SJEB did sub par. Beat one and tied another ECRL team. Tied a MFA Mercer (no idea which one this is this year)
SJEB South (Hamilton Elite Tiger Sharks). Tied a ECNL team and beat a top Prem-1 NY-EDP team
PDA South didnt do great.

in 3rd group:
Jersey Shore Jetties did ok. Beat a top ECRL team and another EDP Premier 1/2 team
Yardley beat 2 ECRL teams and lost to some team I know nothing about, but might win it all

in 4th group:
nothing of interest

last 2 groups are not done yet

So PDA White RL (C or D depending on if you like them or not), lost in the finals of the 5th group. They lost 2-1 to a very good Cherry Hill town team that did very well in EDP-IV last spring

Until actual ECNL/RL/GA ages the fact that the teams say pre-whatever is meaningless as by the time they get to ECNL/RL/GA the team will have different players and or focus more on winning then training.

this is U13 so I guess by what you are saying, these are meaningful. No Pre-ECRL D-team league.

PDA D is an ok team, but parents should understand they are EDP Premier-III / Premier-IV level. Nothing wrong with that, but there are probably better teams to play that do not require the amount of travelling/hotel stays
